2025 Long Island PDC – Sponsor & Vendor Registration

The ASSP Long Island Chapter invites you to participate in our 2025 Professional Development Conference (PDC), which will be held on May 7, 2025, at Brookhaven National Laboratory, Upton NY.  This is a great opportunity to showcase your brand to safety professionals and industry leaders while supporting this educational event.

Sponsorships:

1. Bronze Tier 

• Cost: $300, raffle and giveaway items.
  Company’s logo will be included on the event brochure that will be distributed and published on the chapter’s website and LinkedIn page.
  One exhibit table, meal, and attendance for 2 company representatives.

2. Silver Tier 

• Cost: $500, raffle and giveaway items.
  Includes all Bronze Tier benefits.
  Logo displayed on a slide during breaks

3. Gold Tier 

• Cost: $1000, raffle and giveaway items
  Includes all Silver & Gold Tier benefits.
  Receive a 10-minute time block in the PDC schedule to present.

How to Reserve Your Table: Complete your registration below and submit with a valid form of payment.

Set up Time: Set up must be completed on the day of the conference between 7:00 am and 8:30 am. Setup must be completed by the start of General Registration due to the sharing of Vendor Area and Registration Table. You will collect the vendor badge at the registration table in the Main Lobby.

Exhibitor hours: 8:30 am to 3:30 pm

Hold Harmless/Responsibility Clauses: Exhibitors shall indemnify and hold harmless the LI ASSP Chapter from all liability (damage or accident) that might ensue from and cause resulting or connected with the transportation, placing, removal or display of exhibits.
